UpLux Detailing provides mobile car detailing services throughout Essex. Our services include, but are not limited to:

2. Appointment Scheduling

Customers can schedule an appointment via our website or by contacting us directly. All appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with notification provided to the customer.

3. Pricing

ESTIMATED Prices for our services are provided upfront during the booking process. Additional charges may apply for services not originally quoted due to the condition of the vehicle or requested add-ons.

4. Payment

We accept various forms of payment, including cash, debit, and credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of the service. A deposit may be required for certain services.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is accessible on the scheduled date and that any valuables are removed prior to service. UpLux Detailing is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle. We will take care when removing any personal items found and advising the customer.

6. Service Guarantee

UpLux Detailing strives for perfection. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns as best as we can.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UpLux Detailing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge of up to 50% of the booked service cost.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using our services, you agree that any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Essex, United Kingdom. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts, and waive any objections to such jurisdiction or venue.
