Booking Terms & Conditions

Please Read Carefully

1. Service Additions & Alterations 

Please understand, if a vehicle is deemed excessively soiled, we Uplux Detailing can Upcharge the service to cover for the extra work/time required.

2. Pre-Inspection & Personal Belongings

Each & Every Vehicle is subject to a Pre-Inspection. If we find Personal Belongings we will do our best to preserve them, however, we may not always see or find your belongings. Damaged, Lost or Binned items are not our responsibility. You are soley resposible for your belongings beying removed before the service comences .

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling 

Any Bookings Cancelled within 24 Hours are subject to a 20% Service Fee. Bookings Cancelled within 12 Hours are subject to a 50% or More Service Fee. 

Bookings that Require Rescheduling are FEE FREE.

4. Payment  & Deposits

Service Payment is Expected apart of the key hand over procedure. Late Payments are subject to a Late Fee after 48 Hours (Weekends Excluded).
